How To Make A Ring Doughnuts

1. Gather the ingredients; 500 gr all purpose flour, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp instant yeast, 1 sachet milk, 2 tbsp butter, an egg, 100 ml warm water and a pinch of salt.

2. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Set aside until the mixture is bubbly.

3. Flour in a large bowl, add salt, butter, milk, egg, and bubbly yeast. Knead until the dough comes together to a very sticky mixture.

4. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size, about 1 hour.

5. Punch down the dough to release the air. Roll and cut into ring doughnuts shape and let the douhgnuts rise again until double. Cover loosely with a clean kitchen towel.

6. Heat oil in a heavy skillet, but don't let the oil get too hot. Slide doughnuts into the hot oil. Fry on each side until golden brown. Remove from hot oil, to drain on wire rack.

7. You can add your favourit toppings.

Tips:
1. Measure the flour correctly.

2. You can subtitute oil for butter.

3. You can subtitute milk for water.

4. Knead dough really really well for 10 minute.

5. Put in a really warm place, cause if you put in cool place it will slow down the proofing. You can put the dough on top of the fridge, but it depends on temperature of your kitchen.

6. For the second proofing, proofing for 30-40 minute it will be extra fluffy. But it depends on temperature of your kitchen.

7. Don't fry doughnuts at a very hot oil because they will burnt but fluffy.
